Professional staff. Decor and ambience five star - service is exceptional. An underrated hotel. Old fashion values of service in every aspect of the hotel.. Frequent Housekeeping. Concierge was superb and professional when we had a problem that had happened out of the hotel. Hardly does one come across this calibre of professionlism and care. To top it an excellent spaa. From doorman to pool staff to waiters superb and with humility.

The palace resort is in an excellent neighborhood close to the center of Marrakesh. The room was very nice and clean. The staff were polite in general. There are 4 restaurants, one serving only adults. The exterior is beautiful and there is a heated swimming pool. The breakfast is very nice

I love that it’s a traditional Moroccan hotel. The staff were so polite and helpful, they were always eager to help. The architecture was simply breathtaking, very beautiful views from the room also. Very central location too. All round fantastic experience and worth every penny.

Fabulous pool and garden area, great choice for breakfast. Good Gym, the spa area was very nice. We ate at the Italian restaurant and in the international restaurant which is over in the casino and both were lovely, good choices of food and wine. Staff were very nice and helpful
